You'll provide basic company information, upload your AI systems registry (or use our template), and review your submission before it's sent for expert assessment. Your disclosure will be scored on governance maturity and published in our public directory within approximately 2 weeks. The assessment is free and confidential — only the final graded disclosure is made public.
