How We Use Your Data

  • Process and display your AI Disclosure in the public directory
  • Provide access to observatory resources and gated content
  • Send relevant updates about AI governance regulations and observatory features
  • Improve our services through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. AI Disclosure submissions are published in the public directory as intended by the disclosure program. Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics may be shared in reports. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

AI Pulse uses essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though some features may not work as expected. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Data Retention

AI Disclosure data is retained as long as your disclosure remains active in the directory. You may request removal at any time. Automatically collected browsing data is retained for 13 months maximum for analytics purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — obtain a copy of your data
  • Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured format
  • Right to object — opt out of processing for legitimate interest purposes

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure (France Central region) with industry-standard security protocols.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site. Continued use of AI Pulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
